‘In life we create this persona, not intentional, but because we take on so many roles & life experiences shape us. We can forget who the essence of us are. Teacher training has been amazing, we strip it all back, recognize those things we are holding onto and find a way to release old habits. To find love and embrace the Real you. Everyone deserves to experience this.’
