Hear what out past students have to say

‘In life we create this persona, not intentional, but because we take on so many roles & life experiences shape us. We can forget who the essence of us are. Teacher training has been amazing, we strip it all back, recognize those things we are holding onto and find a way to release old habits. To find love and embrace the Real you. Everyone deserves to experience this.’

Kylie Bailey
‘I would recommend Yoga Rhythms to anyone and everyone. If it’s not to be a teacher then just for the life practice and the knowledge’

‘The richness of this course cannot be expressed in words or pictures – it’s a truly exceptional experience. The course is structured to teach and learn through experience, the best way. I love how we apply everything to our own lives – it’s real and tangible, so we live it to learn it. In terms of the practicalities of becoming a teacher, the continuous inclusion of teaching opportunities/ practice was great to start building confidence early on’

Rori Cross Brown
‘I feel as though there are a lot more tools at my disposal to enhance my quality of life and the lives of those around me’

Yoga Rhythms Teacher Training 2012

‘Lovely friendly and informed teacher. Laura’s classes flow smoothly and the instruction is clear and safety orientated. She gives options for each asana so you don’t feel obligated to do poses that might be difficult for you at first to attain You will enjoy her class and feel the benefits’

Lee Rutherford
‘I have been attending Laura’s classes since the start of the year and I am surprised at the noticeable difference I am experiencing in not only my body with increased flexibility and strength but also my mind, Laura has a great way of incorporating contemplative passages and yogic philosophy that help deepen my practice to a more spiritual level, I am then set up for the day with an aspect of self or consciousness to explore and acknowledge. I love this and find this aspect of the practice most valuable. Great for all levels of yoga, I am a total beginner and even in the more dynamic classes I there are options for me. Loving this teacher and her style.’

Brent Phipps
‘While initially seeking such physical outcomes as a toned body, increased bone and muscle strength and improved flexibility, Teacher Training with Yoga Rhythms inadvertently spear-headed my spiritual awakening, sending me JOYFULLY on the most amazing SOUL inspired interior journey. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear – Namaste Jo’
