Our Philosophy

The Yoga Rhythms Australia teacher training courses offer modern interpretations of yoga and yogic philosophy. We clearly identify, in an easy to follow step by step format, ALL aspects of the yogic lifestyle. The techniques you learn on the mat will serve you as powerful tools for living in peace, good health and harmony with the greater whole. Yoga teacher training in Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary and Glasshouse Mountains is an art and science dedicated to creating union between body, mind and spirit, it enables us to realise ourselves as individualised beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation. At Yoga Rhythms we aim to make yoga accessible to all people. If your intention is to teach general or specialised classes, share yoga with friends and family, or invest in your own personal development, we invite you to join us for this empowering experience.

Hear what our past students have to say

‘In life we create this persona, not intentional, but because we take on so many roles & life experiences shape us. We can forget who the essence of us are. Teacher training has been amazing, we strip it all back, recognize those things we are holding onto and find a way to release old habits. To find love and embrace the Real you. Everyone deserves to experience this.’

Kylie Bailey

‘I would recommend Yoga Rhythms to anyone and everyone. If it’s not to be a teacher then just for the life practice and the knowledge’

Aleea Moodie
Chrystel Bowyer

‘Yoga Rhythms teacher training was a treasure that has irrevocably changed my life for the better. It has improved my relationships (romantic, family and friends) and my relationship with myself’

Chrystel Bowyer

‘The richness of this course cannot be expressed in words or pictures – it’s a truly exceptional experience. The course is structured to teach and learn through experience, the best way. I love how we apply everything to our own lives – it’s real and tangible, so we live it to learn it. In terms of the practicalities of becoming a teacher, the continuous inclusion of teaching opportunities/ practice was great to start building confidence early on’

Rori Cross Brown

‘I feel as though there are a lot more tools at my disposal to enhance my quality of life and the lives of those around me’

Jai Burridge

‘Thankyou Jo. You have changed my life + so many others through this training. It has been the best and most important investment for myself thus far. So happy I finally took the leap of faith to do this with you. It’s been an absolute pleasure + I am forever thankful to you’
