The Yoga Rhythms Australia teacher training courses offer modern interpretations of yoga and yogic philosophy. We clearly identify, in an easy to follow step by step format, ALL aspects of the yogic lifestyle. The techniques you learn on the mat will serve you as powerful tools for living in peace, good health and harmony with the greater whole. Yoga teacher training in Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary and Glasshouse Mountains is an art and science dedicated to creating union between body, mind and spirit, it enables us to realise ourselves as individualised beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation. As a new mum, Laura is taking some time out from teaching. She will run various workshops on yoga and yogic philosophy, ayurveda and natural beauty. When teaching, her classes are a mix of flowing vinyasa and the stillness of yin. Click Laura’s photo to find out more about how she lives yoga.

Teacher Training Course Options

Yoga Rhythms runs 200 hour and 150 hour yoga teacher training programs which are Yoga Australia approved and recognised. If you’re new to training, the first stage is to enrol in the 200 hour course. On graduation of this course, you have the option to extend your training with a further 150 hour course to complete your Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training.

Interested in starting your journey to be becoming a qualified yoga teacher? Or simply interested in taking your practice to the next level? This course includes:

  • Introduction to yoga
  • Yoga history
  • Yoga philosophy
  • Asana, anatomy & physiology
  • Introduction to Ayurveda

Evolve your skills & enhance your teaching techniques learnt on the 200 hour course to complete your Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training qualification. A choice of workshops including:

  • Teaching Power Yoga Vinyasa
  • Yin yoga and Restorative
  • Philosophy and Ayurveda
  • Pregnancy and children’s yoga

We are registered with Yoga Australia because they offer access, for all our graduates, to valuable services and resources that support their ongoing professional development. We also admire their structure of developing teacher training courses that are presented by teachers with at least 10 years experience in teaching, and 1000 hrs of personal training. We feel this gives our teachers in training an authentic and integrative experience of all the aspects of becoming a Yoga Teacher.
