Are you ready to further your teaching skills?

In this course, you will learn functional anatomy, the poses of yin, and how to see the anatomical differences in yourself and your students.

This training will equip you, as a teacher and as a practitioner, to add elements of Yin to your regular style of teaching, and to teach a complete Yin Yoga Class.

Yin yoga targets the connective tissue of the body and consists primarily of floor poses held for long periods of time. Yin yoga intends to place a small, healthy amount of stress on our joints and connective tissue (fascia, tendons and ligaments) by tensioning or compressing the tissue, this helps release tension and hydrate the fascia keeping it supple thus improving mobility in the body.

Yin also helps to move blocked ‘chi’ in the body and nourishes meridians, assisting with emotional, mental and physical health.

Yin Yoga is a complement to any yang style practice.

If you have completed 200 or 350 hours of training with Yoga Rhythms then your investment is $400, If you are from another school your investment is $500.
