Yoga Rhythms Australia was founded in 2000 by Jo Moore, now with her trained teachers they serve a growing community. The Yoga Rhythms style and technique has evolved over many years from Jo’s training in Yoga Chi Gung, Iyengar, Radiant Light, Pilates, Body Balance, Bliss Baby, Foundations of Svaroopa, Yin and Emotional Anatomy. Its evolution is continual and ongoing.
Yoga Rhythms is a synthesis of many styles of yoga and yogic philosophy. Our approach is simple, we aim to make our classes, workshops, training and retreats available to all levels of experience whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. Our focus is on alignment, safety and enjoyment, encouraging the yogi to listen to their body, tune in and to do what their body allows them to do, to gradually refine their practice and reveal the indwelling consciousness. We combine a mixture of static poses linked with a gentle flow, with freedom of sequencing joy will be found in the unfolding of each class.
